New Client consultations entail a comprehensive intake that generally lasts 1.5-2 hours. We’ll talk in-depth about your current health concerns and goals as well as your health history. This type of appointment is appropriate for someone interested in shifting ongoing health patterns.

After your appointment I'll take time to ruminate, research, and put together my recommendations for herbal formulas, as well as nutritional and lifestyle suggestions, which will be shared with you via email.

Follow-Up Consultations are appointments for clients who have already had an initial consultation. They last between 30 minutes and 1 hour. During this time we'll assess progress, discuss how your herbal protocols are going, consider making changes to your formulas, and address any new concerns or goals that may have come up.

Acute care consultations are for short-term concerns that would benefit from immediate herbal support. This may include acute anxiety or grief support, immune and symptom support for colds and other acute respiratory infections, or acute injury support. They are not appropriate for ongoing or chronic concerns.

This option is for beginner, intermediate, or advanced herbalists who want support or advice about medicine making, formulation, herbal actions, materia medica, energetics, etc.
